Warranty: Dynavin products have a one year manufacturer’s warranty.  Dynavin will repair or replace defective units at their discretion.  If you have a problem, contact us. Depending on your issue, we will advise you on how to proceed.  Pac Audio has a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty–see their website for details.

30 Day Exchange: If, within 30 days of purchase, your product is found to be defective, contact us to set up an exchange.  Please contact us first as most “problems” are not problems at all and can be solved by changing a setting or are installation or user error related.  If we determine that an exchange is necessary, please return the product in the original packaging and we will repair or swap it IF possible.

Returns: Purchases made in the last 30 days are returnable if in new, re-sellable, condition.  Missing parts or damage to the product or packaging may incur charges.  No returns will be accepted on installed units, exchanges only.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.   If you are not sure about a purchase, look through the links on the FAQ and Links Page to determine if the product is right for you BEFORE you purchase.  We have made every attempt to portray the products we sell as accurately as possible.

We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to returns/exchanges or labor charges related to installation or re-installation of products.
