Shipping policy
We ship from Fresno, CA Monday-Friday excluding holidays. In stock orders ship no later than the following business day. Please check the product title on our website and/or the highlighted section of your order confirmation email to see if any items in your order are our of stock/on backorder.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.): International orders shipped outside of the United States may incur additional fees by the receiver's local government such as but not limited to import/customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and/or taxes which are the full responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs and/or post office for details before ordering as Dynavin North America cannot provide estimates nor guarantee costs of these fees as it is up to the discretion of your government. Dynavin North America cannot reimburse any of the aforementioned fees paid by the buyer for returns or exchanges; no exceptions.
