Where do I plug in the radio antenna extension cable for the Dynavin W211 or SLK head unit?

The OEM AM/FM radio antenna connection in some of the Mercedes E Class/CLS (W211) and SLK models is located behind the rear seats in the trunk. Therefore, the Dynavin W211 & SLK includes a AM/FM radio antenna extension cable that will need to be plugged into the Dynavin in the dash and run to the car's trunk.
